We has built an integrated modern manufacturing facility spread over 40,000 sq. mt. in Shan Dong, China with a strong supplier base ecosystem to support fast turnarounds. All sheet metal work is executed on Trumpf (GER) laser machine and Haco (BEL) CNC bending press-brakes to ensure high precision and minimal human intervention. CNC machining centers ensure all sub-assemblies are of consistent, high-precision quality. Most importantly, SEOW YI has perfected the entire workflow of delivering guide rollers of different dimension within minimum tolerance limits to guarantee crease-less fabric runs across machine widths from 1.2 to 3.4 mts roller face.
