High speed Brushing Machines:

Specifications

• The brush machine should be placed horizontally on a solid cement floor.
• Safety grounding wire must be solid and reliable.
• Switch on the three-phase four-wire system 380V (220V) ac power supply, you can try the machine.
• Press ON button, the air suction unit system starts to work, and the brush machine starts to operate normally. Whether the brush ON hand table has suction force, if the suction force is weak, please check whether the three-phase power is connected incorrectly and the motor is reversed

• Before shearing: make the cloth face fuzz stand up, brush away the sundry, easy to shear the hair.    
• After clipping wool undertakes: brush go down wool clippings, make cloth face neat, to long wool fabric, can brush downy smooth, improve burnish.    
• The brush machines are equipped with a steam box, the wool of the fabric is soft and easy to brush after absorbing the steam, and the brush machine are then brushed by turning the bristles roller opposite to the fabric.
• The centrifugal fan is equipped with the air suction function, with large air volume and small noise, which can effectively remove the thread, dust particles, floating hair, fluffy and other sundries on the surface of clothes and bedding. It is mainly used for the wool cleaning of knitted fabrics before printing, and also for finishing after dyeing.
